About the team

Application Managed Services (AMS) team provides functional support to the FIS products and clients Treasury and Payments business operations.

What you will be doing

• The role will involve daily communication with staff from leading banks and corporates to which FIS provides financial software solutions.
• You will be providing real-time assistance for business-critical products, to trouble shoot or produce an in-depth analysis of reported problems.
• Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
• Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
• Will be working 24/5 Rotational Shifts

What you bring:

• 3-5 years of proven Clients Services experience in a Treasury / Banking or Financial environment.
• Ready to work in flexible rotating shifts.
• Understanding of SWIFT confirmations - MT300, MT5XX
• Understanding of SWIFT Payments MT101, MT202,MT210 and ISO Pain XML messages
• Understanding of SWIFT MT1xx, MT9xx, MT3xx and ISO XML messages
• Understanding of Bank statements - MT9XX and CAMT53
• Knowledge of treasury operations , Cash Management, Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Settlements, Payments.
• Experience with ticketing tool (such as Remedy, SNOW) around incident management and understanding of application support domain
• Strong client interaction facing role experience

Good to have :

• ITIL v3 Foundation or higher desirable
• Experience in any Treasury Management System (TMS) application
• Basic understanding of IT tools and servers
• Understanding of database architecture
