Application Support Specialist

As a Production Support Engineer at the Chandigarh office, you will be an integral part of a global team responsible for delivering and supporting technology infrastructure. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth operation of designed products and services through streamlined processes for ongoing support and maintenance. Taking ownership of resolving product issues and effectively communicating with various stakeholders will be crucial in this role. - Proficient in MySQL/SQL Server database programming and administration. - Working in production support shifts, including off-hour emergencies. - Monitoring the production environment to ensure smooth functioning. - Developing complex queries for analysis, monitoring, and report generation. - Analyzing, identifying root causes, and resolving technical problems by understanding business operations and technical solutions. - Automating scheduled production processes. - Testing and controlling changes applied to test and production environments. - Documenting all processes appropriately. - Providing level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders. - Working on complex issues that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in Product Support. - Proficiency in English. - Availability for Night Shifts. - Ability to commute or relocate to Chandigarh. This full-time position offers benefits including commuter assistance, provided food, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday with Night shift and US shift availability.
