Application Support Specialist - Biotech / Microbiology

Job description

This role is only open for candidates with a Biotech / Microbiology and directly related degrees (No Engineering degrees applicable).

Application Specialist - Head Office Based.

- Understand Products (ELISA, antibodies, primary cells, PCR) with their application / use

- Support pre-purchase product queries for customer (questions related to the products)

- Support the commercial team with the correct catalog numbers for requested products and ensure technical specifications match the customers requirements

- Connect with customers in academic institutes and industry and support them technically

- Provide post-purchase support with complaint handling and troubleshooting

- Work with Field Sales Team and Seniors in Field and Head Office to develop a sales plan

Note: it is not a Wet-Lab Job but requires technical skills to support customers.

Required Candidate profile

• BSc/MSc (Biotech)
• Exp using Excel and Word.
• Have good knowledge on ELISA, Antibodies, Proteins, Primary Cells, PCR
• Possess good personality and be able to work in a team
• Should have good interpretative and presentation skills.
• Practical training in previous job would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
