Application Support L2 - SAP WM & MM

Role Overview: As an Application Support - SAP (WM / MM) professional, you will be responsible for managing production application support and providing expert assistance to end users. Your role will involve understanding business processes, offering consultation services, and providing a business analyst perspective on recurring incidents. You will drive timely issue resolution, maintain a Known Error Database (KEDB), and coordinate with product and development teams for support and bug-fixes. Additionally, you will lead the 1st level support team and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and application deployments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage production application support - Provide expert support and information to end users - Understand business processes and offer consultation services - Provide a business analyst perspective on recurring incidents - Drive timely resolution of customer issues within SLA - Maintain a Known Error Database (KEDB) - Coordinate with product and development teams for support and bug-fixes - Lead the 1st level support team for issue resolution - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and application deployments Qualifications Required: - Strong working knowledge of SAP MM/WM module - Conceptual knowledge of MM in areas like Purchasing, Physical Inventory, Pricing, and Stock transfers - Knowledge of interface monitoring, RFCs, and IDOCs - Integration knowledge of MM with modules like SD, FICO, and WM - Knowledge of STOs and deliveries preferred - Understanding of SAP WM processes including Warehouse Structure, Master data, inbound and outbound process, and HU management - Experience in production support, client interaction, and issue resolution - Good communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in English - Willingness to work in shifts - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of project management and transition Note: Retail/Warehouse Management domain background and ITIL certification are preferred for this role.
