Application Support L2 - SAP WM & MM

The role of Application Support - SAP (WM / MM) requires 5-7 years of total experience with 2-3 years of relevant experience in SAP WM or MM/SD modules. The academic qualification should be BE / B.TECH / Graduation in IT. As an Application Support - SAP (WM / MM), your responsibilities will include managing production application support, providing expert support and information to end users, understanding business processes and offering consultation services, providing a Business analyst perspective on recurring incidents, driving timely issue resolution within SLA, preparing and maintaining KEDB for known issues, coordinating with Product and Development teams for support and deliveries, managing the 1st level support team, and participating in UAT and application deployments. Your primary skills should include strong working knowledge of SAP MM/WM module, conceptual knowledge of MM in areas like Purchasing, Physical Inventory, Pricing, Stock transfers, interface monitoring, integration knowledge of MM with other modules like SD, FICO, and WM, knowledge of STOs and deliveries, SAP WM processes like Warehouse Structure, Master data, inbound and outbound processes, and HU management, production support, client interaction, issue resolution, good communication skills in English, willingness to work in shifts, good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of project management and transition. Secondary skills that would be beneficial for this role include ITIL certification and a background in Retail / Warehouse Management domain.,
