Application Support L2 - SAP WM & MM

As an Application Support - SAP (WM / MM) professional, your role will involve managing production application support, providing expert support and information to end users, understanding business processes, offering consultation services, providing a business analyst perspective on recurring incidents, and assisting in RCA of problems. You will be responsible for driving timely issue resolution within SLA, preparing and maintaining a Known Error Database (KEDB), coordinating with product and development teams for support and deliveries, managing the 1st level support team, and participating in UAT and application deployments. Your primary skills should include a strong working knowledge of SAP MM/WM modules, conceptual knowledge of MM areas such as Purchasing, Physical Inventory, Pricing, and Stock Transfers. You should also have expertise in interface monitoring, integration of MM with other modules like SD, FICO, and WM, knowledge of STOs and deliveries, and familiarity with SAP WM processes like Warehouse Structure, Master Data, inbound and outbound processes, and HU management. Additionally, you should possess skills in production support, client interaction, issue resolution, good communication in English, willingness to work in shifts, analytical and problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of project management and transition. Your secondary skills may include ITIL certification and a background in Retail / Warehouse Management domain would be highly preferred.
