They are responsible for obtaining details of customer complaints Keep records of interactions and transactions of client; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments Render administrative support to other customer care team members when the need arises, or as instructed Follow up clients and their complaints; ensure that requests are attended to accordingly Manage a team of client service representatives in dealing with complaints and enquiries. This will depend on the size of the company Establish and monitor the standards for customer service in the company. This is achieved using a recognized and comprehensive benchmark Identify tasks critical to keeping client satisfaction levels in check Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Must Have- IT Company experience, handling clients.
