Job Description

Minimum 4–8 years of L2/L3 support experience on Linux and Windows platforms, preferably in banking/finance. Strong in WebSphere (WAS), IBM MQ, and Apache HTTP Server support. Hands-on with GCP, Anthos, or AWS/Azure in hybrid cloud environments. Good understanding of networking (IP, DNS, firewalls) and DMZ/EDMZ security zones. Skilled in SQL, Bash/PowerShell scripting, and deployment tools. Familiar with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow or Remedy. Experienced in troubleshooting, RCA reporting, and team collaboration. Bachelor’s in CS/IT; Linux, Cloud, or Middleware certifications are a plus.
