3-to-6-year experience in Support role.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience working with MS SQL.
Good to have experience working with Microsoft Technologies ( and C#)
Experience working with American customers.
Willingness to work on rotation shift to support support process.
Should have knowledge about support process (SLA, Priority, Criticality, Knowledge Base and etc)
Exposure to application maintenance/production support/DevOps.
