24/7 Rotational shifts that involves rotational on-calls during out of support hours. Experience resolving issues and working with business users during P1 calls etc., Excellent Customer Service Skill, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with prior experience interfacing with Customer IT Managers. Proven analytical, evaluative, presentation, data-analysis and problem-solving abilities. Highly self-motivated, directed with keen attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Skills: Experience in Scheduling Tools (Tidal Automation, Autosys, Astronomer (Airflow)) Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog). Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Working knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
