Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional support for deployed applications, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents or service requests within agreed SLAs.
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
Monitor system performance, application logs, and integrations to proactively identify potential issues.
Assist in configuration updates, patch deployments, and application releases.
Maintain documentation of support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-deployment verification.
Communicate effectively with end users, providing guidance and updates on issue resolutions.

Qualifications

1 2 years of experience in application or production support.
Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of application architecture, APIs, and integration points.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
