15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with various stakeholders to gather information, diagnose issues, and implement solutions, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service to users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Customer Technical Support. - Strong understanding of desktop operating systems and their configurations. - Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
