15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Provide training and support to junior team members to foster their development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. - Strong understanding of financial management processes and systems. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with database management and SQL. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
