Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives within projects. Typical work: Large, complex, inter-networking environments Responsible for daily supervision of a team (e.g., delivery, process, business operations). Manages the workload of the team, may make work assignments, and has responsibility for developing team members. Operates as a subject matter expert and may be the escalation point for issue resolution and customer escalations. Manages effective internal/external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility and builds client relationships in the wider group or unit. Technical Experience:Experience of Network Security for Enterprise network Operations In-depth knowledge of network security of expert level knowledge Palo Alto FW, Panorama, Global Protect, RSA NetWitness, Prisma, IPSEC-VPN, Threat prevention, Cisco ASA firewalls. Configure and manage Palo Alto Networks firewall solutions to enforce security policies. Implement and maintain firewall rules and policies based on security best practices and organizational requirements. Regularly update firewall policies to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities. Respond to security incidents involving the Palo Alto Networks firewall, including investigating and mitigating security breaches. Work closely with the incident response team to contain and remediate security incidents. Provide support for firewall-related issues and troubleshoot connectivity or performance problems. Collaborate with network and system administrators to resolve issues impacting the Palo Alto firewall infrastructure. Maintain documentation related to firewall configurations, policies, and procedures. Develop and update standard operating procedures for firewall management and incident response.Additional skills :Network Security Operations Support for, F5 LTM, APM, GTM knowledge, Cisco ISE TACACS, AWS, Azure cloud supports, should be familiar with all the ITIL processes.
