Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of key software applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within the SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical environment.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.- Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on application functionalities.- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in application support and integration solutions.
