You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and resolving any technical glitches that may arise. Your expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) will be instrumental in troubleshooting and maintaining the integrations. Join our team in Hyderabad and contribute to the seamless operation of our business systems. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical glitches. Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of integrations. Provide timely support and resolution to end-users. Document and maintain technical documentation for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations. Strong understanding of integration concepts and principles. Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining integrations. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware and SOA Suite. Familiarity with web services and RESTful APIs. Ability to analyze and debug complex integration issues. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
