Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.- Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application support.- Document and maintain technical procedures and user guides.- Assist in the deployment and configuration of applications.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
