Project Role Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

SummaryAs an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead ServiceNow implementation and customization projects

Manage onboarding and adoption of ServiceNow modules

Provide guidance on licensing and platform usage

Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering

Develop and maintain workflows and service catalogs

Conduct training and enablement sessions
Professional & Technical Skills:

ServiceNow CSA, ITIL certifications

Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and customer success
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and consulting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
