Skill Set:

ERP systems.
Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL,
IT Service Management processes, and infrastructure architecture
Jira, DevOps, Power BI
Proven track record of working in cross-functional project teams and Agile environments.
Familiarity with middleware tools, SOAP UI, Postman, SQL, XML, and JSON troubleshooting.
Proven ability to analyze complex issues and synthesize actionable insights.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Basic knowledge on what is SDLC of an application.* Experience in working with applications on VB, VB6, .Net.
* Experience with Azure, SOAP UI.
* Experience with SAP.
* Experience with PowerBi, power Automate, Powe Apps
* Experience with solutions that run in a cloud environment and the services.
* Experience with integrated solutions via API and monitoring solutions.
* Experience with development teams and DevOps tools like Microsoft Azure.
* Use of Kibana or other monitoring tools
