Application Support

Assist in setting up and configuring projects in Wrench EDMS.
Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions.Monitor document workflows including submission, review, and approval cycles.Ensure proper version control and document traceability.Support teams in uploading, retrieving, and organizing documents.Generate reports and dashboards for project tracking.Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for document exchange.Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate technical problems as needed.Maintain audit trails and ensure compliance with document control standards.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.Basic understanding of document management systems or project management tools.Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Exposure to engineering projects or construction workflows.Knowledge of Wrench SmartProject or similar EDMS tools.Understanding of ISO standards and document control practices.On-the-job training in Wrench EDMS and project documentation workflows.Opportunity to work on large-scale engineering projects.Collaborative work environment with growth potential.
