Application Support Analyst

The Application Support Analyst position in Sydney requires a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in supporting applications such as Windows, MS SQL, JBOSS/Java, Control-M, and MQ. The key responsibilities of this role include: - Providing day-to-day support for international trade applications - Collaborating with the Business Support team to resolve issues within trade apps and the overall environment - Technical troubleshooting including workflow behavior, system performance, user experience issues, interfaces, reporting, and environment issues - Responding to queries from interfacing systems and assisting in resolving data, connectivity, and reconciliation issues - Completing audit requests in a timely manner - Participating in trade applications project work and operational readiness - Investigating and developing fixes for bugs or functionality issues - Managing incidents and problems - Ensuring changes deployed into Production are tested and verified - Resolving major incidents in a time-sensitive environment - Monitoring maintenance and capacity - Participating in disaster recovery and improving performance availability and reliability.,
