What You’ll Do

• Identify and onboard

  brand sponsors & partners

  across industries (FMCG, lifestyle, tech, auto, beverages, finance, etc.).
• Create customized

  sponsorship & collaboration proposals

  that align with brand goals.
• Lead

  end-to-end sponsorship cycles

  — outreach → pitch → negotiation → deal closure → execution.
• Build and nurture relationships with

  CMOs, brand heads, and agencies.

• Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams for

  brand activations that deliver ROI & impact.

• Develop sponsorship decks, partnership plans, and post-event reports showcasing results.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of experience in

  sponsorship sales / brand partnerships / alliances

  within the

  event or media industry.

• Strong

  network of brand & agency contacts.

• Excellent

  pitching, negotiation, and storytelling

  skills.
• Ability to conceptualize

  creative brand activations and experiential tie-ups.

• Sharp business acumen with a passion for experiential marketing.
