We’re now expanding our partnerships vertical and looking for a driven Sponsorship Manager & Brand Partnership Lead to build meaningful alliances and unlock new revenue opportunities across our experiential platforms. What You’ll Do Identify and onboard brand sponsors & partners across industries (FMCG, lifestyle, tech, auto, beverages, finance, etc.). Create customized sponsorship & collaboration proposals that align with brand goals. Lead end-to-end sponsorship cycles — outreach → pitch → negotiation → deal closure → execution. Build and nurture relationships with CMOs, brand heads, and agencies. Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams for brand activations that deliver ROI & impact. Develop sponsorship decks, partnership plans, and post-event reports showcasing results. What We’re Looking For Minimum 6 months of experience in sponsorship sales / brand partnerships / alliances within the event or media industry. Strong network of brand & agency contacts. Excellent pitching, negotiation, and storytelling skills. Ability to conceptualize creative brand activations and experiential tie-ups.
