Application Specialist SAP TM

Role Overview: As a Senior Application Specialist SAP TM at LIXIL INDIA PVT LTD, your primary responsibility will be to engage in SAP application programming, debugging, and configuration, with a focus on customizing and ABAP. Additionally, you will be required to independently analyze changing problems in SAP EWM / TM, ERP (S/4HANA and R/3), and connected systems. Coordination with the Business Process Owner (BPO) across departments to define procedures and processes in the SAP environment will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Your role will involve a mix of development, support for EDI interfaces, and application consulting and training for key users. Key Responsibilities: - Take proactive ownership of complex system areas, developments, or processes with minimal supervision within your area of expertise, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. - Serve as a subject matter expert in your domain, offering advanced support and solution guidance. - Design, implement, and optimize processes or system changes in alignment with strategic goals. - Mentor and support junior and mid-level colleagues through structured guidance and coaching. - Actively contribute to project planning, scoping, and design activities, representing IT in business-facing discussions. - Ensure adherence to industry and system standards, documentation, and compliance requirements. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP application programming, debugging, and configuration. - Proficiency in SAP EWM / TM, ERP (S/4HANA and R/3), and EDI interfaces. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. - Certification in SAP modules will be an advantage.,
