Mission
A successful application specialist will be responsible for technical and product support for a multi-person sales team. Develop a comprehensive understanding of IBA products and services, and effectively communicate technical specifications to customers and the sales team across various sales processes.Must be able and willing to travel >50% of the time.
- Play an active role in the sales process and clear sales documents.
- Preparation of specifications and contracts with clinical partners and the sales team.
- Train customers and the sales team in clinical practices and applications.
- Reviewing market intelligence with respect to technical presentation and competitive analysis.
- Communicate market needs to the sales team and present the advantages of IBA products over the competition.
- Participate in external conferences and events.
Scope And Main Responsibilities
- Achieve sales revenue objectives along with the sales team at agreed targets.
- Proactively manage the sales cycle from prospect identification and/or creation to close.
- Grow customer loyalty within the installed base by proactively meeting customer expectations.
- Grow and acquire market intelligence, product & customer knowledge within the defined region.
Profile
- Proficient in English, spoken and written;
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Knowledge and familiarity with medical devices used in radiation therapy;
- Experience in a role of clinical medical physicist preferred;
- Good communication skills.
