Application Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a

  Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective performance
• Take responsibility for

  team-level decisions

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to

  key technical and functional decisions

• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
• Facilitate

  knowledge-sharing sessions

  to enhance overall team capabilities
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with

  organizational goals

• Serve as the

  primary point of contact

  for application-related activities

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 5+ Years of experience in

  Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization

• Strong understanding of

  application design and development methodologies

• Experience with

  project management tools and techniques

• Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into

  technical specifications

• Familiarity with

  integration processes and data management
