Project Role Description :

Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while ensuring adherence to best practices in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of RESTful services and API design principles. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Ability to implement security best practices in application development. - Spring (MVC, Transaction, Spring Boot), Microservices architecture. - REST/SOAP web services. - Experience with PCF, AWS, or other cloud platforms. - Agile delivery experience; tools like Jira, Confluence, GitLab, TeamCity - CI/CD tools and build tools (Maven, Gradle) - Test-driven development using JUnit/TestNG, Mockito, Rest Assured, JMeter, Cypress - Exposure to UI technologies like ReactJS, NodeJS, Angular - Looking for seasoned Java developer with strong expertise in Core Java, multi-threading, SQL, and test frameworks (JUnit, integration testing). Additional Information: - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
