Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :SAP HCM Payroll, SAP HCM Time Management

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the project and ensuring its successful completion.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in project planning and execution- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members- Evaluating and develop and deploy reliable and efficient Payroll and Time solutions for complex business and standard legal requirements. Defining system requirements in collaboration with project delivery teams and business partners, creating detailed functional specifications, system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, User Acceptance, and deployment solution.Professional & Technical

Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, SAP HCM Time Management- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Payroll- Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management functionalities- Hands-on experience in leading SAP HCM implementation projects Very good knowledge in SAP Payroll & Time Management .- Must have expertise knowledge in international Payroll.- Must be good at Payroll and Time Management PCRs and Schema.- Must have good experience to working security team on Authorise & Role of HR.- At least 3 to 4 SAP Payroll implementation project experience, should have experience in support project, HRSP/SPS and CLC upgrades.

Liaise with Business owners to diagnose problems with existing SAP Payroll and Time Solutions.- Should handle upgrades and year activities and knowledge on Data migration.
Professional Attributes:-Excellent analytical, presentation and soft skills including communication on how to handle existing business process owners.- Confident in communicating and presenting solutions at a business level to key stakeholders. Open to pick up new modules or roles for various work assignments. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.Qualification
