You will play a crucial role in coordinating tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring that the team adheres to Agile or Scrum methodologies. Your leadership will drive the team's success and contribute to the overall objectives of the organization.Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and inspire a team member to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Provide mentorship, support, and professional development opportunities to team members. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of tasks and projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage project scope. Ensure that the team meets deadlines and delivers high-quality outcomes. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Act as the main point of contact between the team and stakeholders, including product owners, business units, and senior management.Professional Responsibilities Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively. Identify and address issues, obstacles, and conflicts within the team. Develop and implement solutions to overcome challenges and ensure project continuity. Manage risks and adjust plans as needed to mitigate potential issues. Continuously evaluate and refine team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure adherence to Agile or Scrum best practices and adapt methodologies as required. Track key performance metrics and use them to drive improvements. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Set and monitor goals for individual and team performance. Understand customer needs and business goals and align team efforts to deliver value. Qualifications As per Organization standards
