Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and guiding the development process to align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive while delivering high-quality applications that meet user needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any roadblocks.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
