Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:You will play a key role in ensuring squads operate efficiently, remain compliant, and maintain control over their platforms. You will collaborate closely with Risk Champions, Tech Leads, Architects, and Lead Engineers to support teams in detailing and understanding in-control deliverables. Your role involves translating requirements into actionable guidance, monitoring compliance activities, and continuously improving processes.Roles & Responsibilities:Define and deliver detailed Product Backlog Items (PBIs) that outline the work required by squads to maintain control and ensure compliance within their platforms.Translate in-control requirements into daily, quarterly, and yearly activities for squads.Convert in-control deliverables into clear PBIs with specific tasks per squad.Monitor and report the status of in-control initiatives per squad to Tech Leads.Identify and signal in-control issues per squad to Tech Leads.Facilitate and support squads in resolving in-control issues.Meet regularly with stakeholders to discuss progress, actions, and outstanding issues.Act as a sparring partner for squad SPOCs / Lead Engineers, monitoring, guarding, and boosting the execution of compliance processes and activities.Continuously improve the way of working for in-control and compliance processes.Maintain excellent, proactive communication with all stakeholders.Professional & Technical
Skills:
  • Must Have:Experience in Risk ManagementProven experience in risk management, compliance, or related roles (3-5 years for medior, 8+ years for senior).Proficiency in risk management and compliance processes.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations and compliance standards.Experience in project management methodologies and tools.Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently and as part of a team.Continuous improvement mindset, striving for ongoing process enhancements.Excellent communication in English is required.
    Additional Information:The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk Management (for medior) or more than 8 years (for senior).This position is based at our Bengaluru office.A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
