Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also facilitate communication among team members and provide guidance to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate project planning sessions to define project scope and objectives.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
