Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to strategic decisions that impact the overall project direction, ensuring that the applications align with business objectives and user needs. Your role will require effective communication and coordination with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional, JavaScript and Power Automate. - Should have worked on Dynamics CRM service module, JavaScript. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Strong understanding of application design principles, application development methodologies. and best practices in customization on ribbon and entities. - Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, to create custom Pages, - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM applications. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling techniques. - Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems to create and integrate pages with Power Automate. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
