The Role

As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for hands-on technical implementation of Ushurs solutions, configuring workflows, integrating APIs, and ensuring smooth deployment of our platform. This role requires deep technical expertise and strong execution skills. Youll work closely with Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, and other internal teams to ensure seamless implementations that align with best practices and scalability. You will be part of the growing team and collaborative environment where your opinion and ideas matter.

Responsibilities

• Build & Configure Solutions: Develop and implement complex workflows using Ushur Platform and industry best practices.
• Technical Implementation: Leverage your technical expertise to implement software solutions for marquee customers by setting up integrations, configuring APIs, and ensuring seamless data flows.
• Documentation: Create solution and technical documentation, including ERDs, data flow diagrams, and process flows.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth deployments.
• Platform Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in Ushurs platform, supporting product development and enhancements.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency in implementation.
• Supporting Multiple Customers & Projects: Support multiple projects across various clients by understanding business requirements and designing scalable, end-to-end solutions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Consultants, Product, and Engineering teams to refine and optimize solutions.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience designing technical solutions for cloud applications.
• Experience in software development. Python or Java. Skilled with REST APIs and Postman tools.
• Diligent in Agile delivery.
• Strong knowledge of software platforms/frameworks and associated solutioning approaches such as Salesforce.com, Netsuite, and MS Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Amazon AWS
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, technical and non-technical personnel.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
