We’re Hiring: Application Engineer – Power Transmission Solutions At Narsipur Group , we design and manufacture Electromagnetic Clutches and Brakes for industrial power transmission applications. With decades of expertise, we support industries such as machine tools, material handling, and Electric Vehicles (EVs) , helping customers achieve reliable and efficient performance. Your Role As an Application Engineer , you’ll be the bridge between our engineering teams and our customers. You’ll help integrate our products into real-world applications, provide technical problem-solving, and play a key role in shaping our product-market fit strategy by bringing customer insights back into design and development. What You’ll Do Work directly with customers to identify the right solutions for their applications, ensuring strong product-market fit Support sales with technical expertise, calculations, and application guidance Collaborate with R&D to customize products for unique industrial and EV use cases Gather feedback and analyze industry trends to ensure our products meet evolving market needs Contribute to our mission of delivering energy-efficient, high-performance power transmission solutions What We’re Looking For Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering 2–5 years’ experience in application engineering, product support, or technical sales Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and power transmission Familiarity with AutoCAD for technical drawings and application layouts A problem solver who can bridge technical expertise with customer needs Why Join Us?
