What Youll Do

• Work directly with customers to identify the right solutions for their applications, ensuring strong

  product-market fit

• Support sales with technical expertise, calculations, and application guidance
• Collaborate with R&D to customize products for unique industrial and EV use cases
• Gather feedback and analyze industry trends to ensure our products meet evolving market needs
• Contribute to our mission of delivering

  energy-efficient, high-performance power transmission solutions

What Were Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
• 25 years experience in application engineering, product support, or technical sales
• Strong understanding of

  electromechanical systems and power transmission

• Familiarity with

  AutoCAD

  for technical drawings and application layouts
• A problem solver who can bridge

  technical expertise with customer needs
