Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Technical Expert to support our plastics processing and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance, customer support, and leadership to ensure seamless implementation of our products and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the in-house technical expert for
Granulators, Conveyors, and System Solutions
for
Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, and Extrusion
applications.
Provide technical support to the sales team by preparing
presentations, technical documentation
, and addressing complex customer queries.
Collaborate with customers to understand application requirements, evaluate feasibility, and define appropriate
product or system solutions
.
Conduct trials at the
company shop floor
or
customer sites
to assess new materials, processes, and equipment performance.
Analyze product performance at customer sites to identify issues, reduce scrap, and enhance productivity.
Stay updated with current technological advancements and industry trends in
plastics processing and automation systems
.
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of
service engineers and technicians
, ensuring quality service and professional growth.
