Application Engineer

As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the technology development needs of the assigned platform/module/application within the Information Technology department. You will work in an AGILE environment and ensure the technical delivery of the platforms/applications assigned to you. Some prevalent technologies and concepts within the Tech team's work include golang, microservices, data engineering, API, Kubernetes, DevOps, Docker, Ansible, Chef, Terraform, SaaS/IaaS platforms. Your role involves ensuring program milestones are achieved within the given timelines to avoid misalignment. Collaborating closely with a team of engineers, delivery managers, and vendors is crucial to the success of this role. Additionally, you will play a key role in product evolution by including your features in ongoing releases. Proper training will be provided before you are fully immersed in any domain or application.
