- Provide technical support and expertise for electrical applications and products, including power distribution, control systems, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs. - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers and internal teams on the features and capabilities of our electrical products. - Work closely with the sales and sales teams to develop technical proposals and presentations for potential customers. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
