Application Engineer India

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide application training on DKM Products to our customer base;
• Provide technical support to local customers over DKM hardware, software, and application question.
• Provide feedback on the market, new potential applications, DKM products and competitive landscape to sales managers, product managers and technical experts so improvements on our products reflect our client s needs.
• In collaboration with the local Sales team:
• Elaborate the local business development strategy.
• Ensure deployment of DKM solutions through technical, commercial and marketing actions (demos, benchmarks, exhibitions, etc.);
• Contribute and support new sales leads and generation of new business opportunities.
• When required, take technical leadership on business opportunities from the pre to post sales phases.
• Actively contribute to the evaluation of customer requirements; from the technical qualification of the project and initial tests to the technical proposal submission.
• In coordination with the sales team, present the final technical proposal to customers and contribute to the closing.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication or relevant experience;
• 3 to 4 years of Experience in Industrial Automation Solutions
• Available to travel nationally on a regular basis
• Fluent in English;
