Job Title : Application Developer – Fresher Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka Employment Type : Full-Time Experience : 0 – 1 year Industry : IT / Software Development Working Mode : On-site Job Description : We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Application Developer (Fresher) to join our development team. As a fresher, you’ll be working closely with senior developers and team leads to build, test, and maintain web/mobile applications that deliver real value to our users. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the design, development, and testing of web and mobile applications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers. Participate in code reviews and team meetings. Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing applications. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers for optimal feature implementation. Continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies and frameworks. Required Skills : Basic understanding of one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Java, Kotlin, Swift, or C# . Familiarity with web development (HTML/CSS/JS) or mobile app frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Android, iOS) . Understanding of OOP concepts , data structures, and algorithms. Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , Engineering , or related field. Recent graduates may also apply. Nice to Have : Internship/project experience in web or mobile application development. Exposure to Git, APIs, databases (MySQL, MongoDB), or cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase).
