15 years full time educationRole Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Cloud DevOps Engineer to drive cloud infrastructure, automation, and security initiatives for a strategic banking client in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), certificate and identity management, and DevOps practices. This role requires both hands-on execution and technical leadership to guide implementation teams and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Must-Have Skills: 6–8+ years of experience in AWS cloud architecture and engineering Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation Proven experience in certificate management (e.g., AWS ACM, Secrets Manager) AWS Cloud Certifications (Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional preferred) Strong knowledge of logging and monitoring with AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail Experience in leading small DevOps/infra teams, setting technical direction Good-to-Have Skills: Deep understanding of SSO protocols (OpenID Connect, SAML) Experience configuring SSO + MFA using Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) Hands-on with App registrations, permissions, and certificate rotation in Azure Proficiency in Azure DevOps: YAML-based CI/CD pipelines Repo branching strategies Python scripting for automation Integrating and resolving Sonar Cloud tasks (SAST) Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable AWS infrastructure Define and enforce DevOps best practices across project teams Architect and automate IaC deployments and certificate lifecycle management Guide the setup of secure authentication flows using SSO and MFA Review and optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure DevSecOps integration Act as a technical mentor and cloud SME, collaborating with cross-functional teams Preferred Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional Terraform Associate (optional) Azure Security Engineer Associate / Identity and Access Administrator (good to have) Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
