You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications, as well as collaborating with the team to provide solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves designing and implementing application features, troubleshooting issues, and actively participating in team discussions to contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and implement application features based on business requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the applications. - Collaborate with the team to provide solutions to work-related problems. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the applications. - Assist in the testing and deployment of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Python. - Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript and front-end frameworks like React or Angular. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. - Experience with automated testing frameworks. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. 15 years full time education
