SAP Support Staff Engineer - Controls ReportingPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP Support Staff Engineer specializing in Controls Reporting to join our Corporate Technology team. This role focuses on managing SAP control frameworks, generating compliance reports for internal and external auditors, and driving process automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between technical SAP operations and audit compliance requirements.Duration:6 Months Key Responsibilities SAP Controls Management-Monitor, maintain, and execute predefined SAP controls within the Corporate Technology department-Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements-Perform regular control testing and validation procedures Reporting & Documentation-Prepare comprehensive controls reports for Internal Audit and External Auditors-Document control procedures, test results, and compliance status-Articulate and summarize complex SAP data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders-Enhance and maintain existing process documentation Cross-Functional Collaboration-Coordinate closely with CT SAP Team members (Basis & Security teams)-Partner with Internal Audit team on compliance initiatives-Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and audit functions Process Improvement & Automation-Define requirements to convert manual processes into automated solutions-Identify opportunities for control process optimization-Implement efficiency improvements while maintaining compliance standards Required Technical Skills SAP Platforms-SAP S/4 HANA 2021 or newer - Advanced proficiency required-SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) - Strong working knowledge-Demonstrated understanding of SAP control frameworks and security protocols Supporting Technologies-AUDITBOARD - Audit management and compliance reporting-ServiceNow - IT service management and workflow automation-JIRA - Project tracking and issue management-Slack - Team collaboration and communication-Google Workspace - Document management and productivity tools Required Experience &
Qualifications Experience Requirements-5-7 years minimum in similar SAP controls/compliance role-Proven track record in SAP controls reporting and audit support-Experience working with both internal and external audit teams-Background in process automation and improvement initiatives Core Competencies-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision-Capability to function effectively under guidance from CT Team leadership-Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Preferred Qualifications-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field-SAP certification in relevant modules (GRC, Security, S/4 HANA)-Experience with audit frameworks (SOX, ITGC, etc.)-Background in financial or regulatory compliance-Project management experience Working Relationships-Reports to:CT Team Lead/Manager-Collaborates with:SAP Basis Team, SAP Security Team, Internal Audit, External Auditors-Supports:Corporate Technology Department, Compliance TeamsThis role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in maintaining enterprise SAP compliance while driving automation and process improvement initiatives in a dynamic technology environment. Qualification 15 years full time education
