Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, designing and developing software solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Design, develop, and test software applications based on business process and application requirements. Ensure the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations. Troubleshoot and debug issues in the applications, and provide timely resolutions. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to enhance the applications. Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications in production environments. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. Knowledge of integration techniques and tools to connect SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting with other systems. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules and functionalities. Good To Have Skills:Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. Recommendation:Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors implementation best practices. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
