Your typical day will involve working with the ServiceNow platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of ITAM solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Design and develop ServiceNow ITSM Hardware Asset Management (ITAM) solutions to meet business requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of ITAM solutions.- Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow ITSM Hardware Asset Management (ITAM) solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM Hardware Asset Management (ITAM).- Good To Have Skills: Experience in Servicenow Tools Administration.- Experience in designing and developing ServiceNow ITSM Hardware Asset Management (ITAM) solutions.- Strong understanding of ITAM processes and best practices.- Experience in providing technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow ITSM Hardware Asset Management (ITAM) solutions. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM Hardware Asset Management (ITAM).- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ITAM solutions.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
