Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to assess project requirements, facilitating impact assessments, and producing estimates for client work requests, ensuring that all aspects of application development align with organizational goals and client needs. You will also engage in discussions to identify potential improvements and innovations within the application landscape, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct regular reviews of application performance and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - Experience with Salesforce development best practices and design patterns. - Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
