Job Title: Application & Data Manager Workplace Systems

Application & Data Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage workplace applications (for example Axxerion, ServiceNow, Planon, The Office App etc), ensuring optimal configuration, uptime, and user support.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, testing, rollout, and training.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs and user requirements, with a strong focus on an intuitive and user friendly interface.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Master Data, Procurement, Facilities, Safety, and external vendors to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all workplace systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digital innovation in workplace technology.
  • Develop structure for road map and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for system users, administrators and functional user documentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing people related platforms or workplace or facility management systems (for example Axxerion, ServiceNow, Planon, The Office App etc)
  • Proven track record in project management, system implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel), and system integrations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with APIs or scripting for automation and data extraction.
  • Familiarity with workplace, safety, facility operations, or corporate real estate systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices.
