Application Administrator

As an IT Support Specialist at the Bangalore office, your primary responsibility is to provide general IT support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office infrastructure. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining Jira workflows, automations, and integrations, as well as administering the Okta identity management platform. In addition, you will work on implementing automation solutions to streamline employee access management, managing local IT assets and infrastructure, and collaborating with US-based staff on office infrastructure management. Key Responsibilities: - Provide general IT support for the Bangalore office - Develop and maintain Jira workflows, automations, and integrations - Administer the Okta identity management platform, including user lifecycle and access management - Implement automation solutions to streamline employee access management - Manage local IT assets and infrastructure - Collaborate with US-based staff on office infrastructure management Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience with Jira administration, workflows, and automation - Knowledge of Okta administration and identity management practices - Basic Windows and Linux troubleshooting capabilities - Basic knowledge of networking and wireless technologies - Understanding of IT security best practices - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication abilities in cross-cultural environments (Note: Application questions regarding Total experience, experience in IT application administration, and Notice Period are part of the application process.),
