As an IT Support Technical Specialist at Airbus India Private Limited, your role involves working collaboratively across teams to ensure efficient onboarding, incident resolution, and support for technical and service management activities. Your focus will be on log analysis, configuration management, and collaboration in agile environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - **System Configuration for New Customer Onboarding:** - Set up and configure systems for new user onboarding, ensuring smooth and efficient access management. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and system capabilities, leading to successful and secure user access. - **Log Analysis of Applications in Cloud Environments:** - Monitor and analyze logs of applications running in cloud-native environments (e.g., OpenShift). - Diagnose issues, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to technical teams for quick resolution, including identifying missing logs or unnecessary logging. - **Support Service Management and Technical Teams for Incidents:** - Provide Level 1 log analysis for incident support. - Assist DBAs and technical teams in troubleshooting incidents by managing databases, accessing system configurations, and analyzing log data. - Create and manage defects in a work tracking system, collaborating with the technical team to ensure timely resolution and improve first-time resolution rates. - **Management of Knowledge Articles (KA Management):** - Creating KA to help end-users with How-To guides and managing these articles. - **Support Release Manager with Release Activities:** - Consolidate, format, and manage release documentation for timely delivery. - Work with multiple teams to ensure that all release-related information is accurately captured and communicated, aiming for 100% on-schedule delivery of release documentation. - **Follow Safe Agile Methodology:** - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. - Follow SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles to drive efficiency, transparency, and communication within the team, demonstrating consistent participation in Agile ceremonies. **Required Skills & Experience:** - **System Configuration for Onboarding:** - Proficient in JSON, XML, and API integrations for system configuration. - Strong experience with GitHub for version control of configuration files and managing system setups. - Demonstrated experience with user onboarding tools and configuration, including the ability to configure access and permissions for new users while ensuring security and compliance. - Linux scripting and Unix command experience. - **Log Analysis in Cloud Environments:** - Proficient in using cloud-native tools and log management systems (e.g., OpenShift PODs, Splunk, Zabbix monitoring). - A strong ability to analyze incidents based on logs, including identifying missing logs, unnecessary logging, and potential issues from log patterns. - Familiarity with logging frameworks like Log4j is a plus. - **Incident Support for Service Management and Technical Teams:** - Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on log analysis and efficient incident management. - Solid experience with SQL, including advanced concepts like PostgreSQL and SQL joins, for database management and querying. - Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs for system integration, troubleshooting, and data exchange. - Proficiency with incident tracking and reporting tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage the lifecycle of incidents and defects. - **Support for Release Manager:** - Excellent organizational and documentation skills to meticulously manage release notes and related processes. - A proven ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams to gather timely and accurate information for release documentation. - **Safe Agile Practices:** - Knowledge of SAFe Agile principles and methodologies. - Demonstrated active and consistent participation in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning). **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - IT experience of 3-6 years. - Proven experience in technical support, IT operations, or release management roles. - Familiarity with cloud-native platforms (e.g., OpenShift), various log analysis tools (e.g., Splunk), and database management tools. - Hands-on experience with SOAP, XML, JSON, and API integrations. - Proficiency with GitHub for collaborative development and version control. - Solid experience with Agile methodologies (preferably SAFe Agile). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, both written and verbal.
